CHAPTER I. RECOGNITION AND EQUIVALENCE OF STUDIES IN THE CASE OF FINAL INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY OR FINAL INTERNAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY I.1.Students may benefit from final mobility with the following restrictions:no sooner than the completion of the 1st year of study and no later than the end of the penultimate year of study for the same specialization;only upon completion of an academic year, provided all the curricular requirements are met (the student has completed all credits successfully), with enrollment at the beginning of the subsequent academic year and strictly based upon availability of places in the year of study specified by the applicant.I.2The recognition and equivalence of studies shall meet the following conditions:
The contents of studied subjects (according to the respective syllabus) and their duration (according to the curriculum or transcript of records) must correspond with the equivalent syllabus and curriculum at "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi to a degree of at least 70%.The sum of transferable credits unacquired as a result of not having studied certain subjects included in the Faculty curriculum at „Grigore T.Popa” U.M.Ph. may not exceed a total of 15 credits ( Physical Education, Modern Languages, summer practice and on-call duties are not included).For students who graduated from accredited universities, equivalence is granted for subjects pertaining to the academic year for which matriculation is requested, as well as for subjects from subsequent years of study, if applicable. Only subjects in which the applicant passed the respective exams (and has obtained a grade) at the educational institution where he/she studied previously shall be taken into consideration. I.3.The recognition and equivalence process is finalized with one of the following solutions:- Recognition of studies and recommendation for enrollment in the required year of study;- Recognition of studies and recommendation of enrollment in another year of study than the one requested, if there is an insufficient number of transferable credits necessary for enrollment in the corresponding year of study that would have followed in the higher education institution in which previous studies have been completed.- Taking compensatory measures, respectively difference exams;- Non-recognition of previous studies, if there is an insufficient number of subjects studied by the applicant in the higher education institution where the previous studies were completed, compared to the number of subjects in the curriculum of "Grigore T. Popa " University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi. I.4.Students who, due to comparisons between syllabi, are required to take equivalence exams in certain subjects, must do so and pass all the exams or a part of them within the first academic year following their enrollment at “Grigore T. Popa” U.M.Ph. Iasi, so that by the end of that year they do not have more than 15 pending credits. If they do not comply with these requirements, they will be declared failed and may be enrolled in a complementary year of study. I.5.The enrollment in the study year decided by CRES following the evaluation of the file is made within the available places for the respective study year, without exceeding the schooling figure. If the number of requests for academic mobility exceeds the number of allocated places to a certain study program, the following tiebraker criteria will be used:a) the annual average (arithmetic average) for the promoted years in the university the student comes from;b) the average of the last academic year promoted, before the mobility;c) the baccalaureate exam average. I.6.Within “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi, students cannot transfer between faculties or between specializations within the same faculty, as well as within the study program between departments taught in a language other than that for which they were admitted. I.A. Final international academic mobility with no admission exam I.A.1.(1) Recognition of transferable credits in the case of international academic mobility may be achieved by higher education institutions only for the person who proves the status of student with relevant documents issued by the educational institution they attend.(2) Final international mobility may be made after the first year and until the end of the penultimate year of study, at the same specialization.(3) Final international mobility shall be made only after the end of the study year, after meeting all requirements of the curriculum / curricula at the University from where they come, and the enrollment is made at the beginning of the new academic year.(4) Final international mobility is available only for foreign currency studies.(5) Romanian candidates can only apply for studies in English or French language. I.A.2.The file submitted for final international academic mobility in order to recognize and equate studies underwent by candidates that are Romanian citizens / international citizens who have studied in universities recognized by the Ministry of Education (M.E.) contains the following documents:- Standard application form for the issuance of the letter of acceptance to studies, filled in at all fields (Annex 1 – E.U. citizens, Annex 2- non- E.U. citizens);
- The birth certificate – a certified copy or a simple copy and the certified translation;
- A certified copy or a simple copy and the certified translation of the marriage certificate, when the name on study documents is different from the name on the identity card;
- The simple copy of the document indicating the residence address in another country;
- The simple copy of the identity card or of the passport or if necessary, the certified translation
- Certified copy of the Baccalaureate Diploma or a simple copy and the certified translation of the Diploma, or, if necessary, the certified copy of the certificate issued by the specialized institution within the Ministry of Education, for the recognition of a diploma obtained in another country and which grants access to higher education studies;
- Certified copies or simple copies and certified translations of the transcript of records for the graduated years of study which should contain the subjects, grades, number of credits earned and the number of hours allotted to each discipline. The document must be issued by the higher education institution attended by the applicant;
- Certified copies or simple copies and certified translations of the syllabi of the subjects studied in the higher education institution previously attended by the applicant;
- An official document indicating the grading system used in the attended institution as well as the equivalence between that grading system and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and, if necessary, the certified translation of this document;
- Certified copy of the certificate of graduation of the preparatory year of Romanian language or the certificate of language profficiency for the language of teaching and examination of the study program for which they opt, minimum level B2 (except for those who have this language as natives and prove citizenship the country which has that language as an official language); OR Transcript of records or certificate from middle school/high-school/university (with header, signature and stamp) attesting having attended and graduated at least four consecutive study years in the study language that the candidate wishes to study in.
- An affidavit indicating that prior studies have not been interrupted as a result of being expelled for breaking the code of ethics and conduct of the university of origin (in the Romanian language or, as the case may be, in French or English).
I.A.3.The files of final international academic mobility with no admission exam will be sent by mail / submitted to receive the registration number at the University Registry (Iași, 16 Universitatii Street, code 700115) or submitted online according to the calendar displayed on the university website. The way of sending / submitting the file will be announced on the University's website in the Academic Mobility section. On the file received, the Registrar will note: "To the attention of CRID".All documents requesting the equivalence of studies are submitted one time only. Subsequent addition of files is only accepted if CRID / CRES requests additional documents. I.A.4.The Chief Secretary of the University:collects documents submitted by applicants at the University Registry;checks all documents in accordance with the standard Checklist; if the standard application form file is incomplete, she notifies the applicant urgently via e-mail about the missing document(s) and ensures the safekeeping of proof attesting such communication;checks the legality/authenticity of documents sent for recognition and equivalence by sending formal letters and copies of the applicant’s study documents to the issuing Faculties/Universities (using the IMI platform if possible), and ensuring the safekeeping of proof attesting such communication; checking whether the Faculty/University where the applicant studied is listed in the corresponding national CNRED database, and verifying the level of the program of study attended by the applicant in the higher education institution of origin, and ensuring the safekeeping of proof attesting such verification; if the higher education institution is not recognized/accredited in the state of origin, the academic records submitted by the applicant cannot be recognized. In case of doubt regarding the authenticity and legality of the issued documents. She forwards the academic records (in electronic format) to CNRED for verification, and ensures the safekeeping of proof attesting to such communication.sends to CRES, with forwarding address, through the University Registry, the candidate's documents, at the moment of completing all the necessary verifications, according to the calendar approved by the Administration Board and displayed on the university website.I.A.5.In order to recognize and equate studies:- CRES verifies, when receiving the documents, the correspondence between the standard checklist and the existing documents.- CRES analyses:the number of transferable and cumulative study credits - ECTS - obtained in the studies carried out at the higher education institution of origin;the results obtained during the previous studies, highlighted by different evaluation / grading systems. For this purpose, the averages obtained with the help of the conversion grid provided in Decision no. 318 / 14.03.2019 of “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi (annex to this procedure). the curriculum covered by the applicant in the higher education institution of origin;CRES evaluates mobility files, in order to recognize and equate studies. The file evaluation is finalized with a report which will be signed by all CRES members.CRES establishes the recognition and evaluation of exams previously taken based on ECTS and eventual difference exams.CRES communicates in writing to CRID the result of the evaluation and the recommendation of enrollment of the applicant in the corresponding year of studies or of non-recognition of the studies previously carried out, at the end of the evaluation of the documents. I.A.6.(1) Upon completion of the process of recognition and equivalence of studies by CRES, the Chief Secretary of the University:writes to the candidate (via email) the result of the recognition and equivalence process and ensures safekeeping of the proof of communication;forwards to ME, according to the approved form, the list with the names proposed for the release of the Letter of Acceptance to Studies / Certificate, joined by the copies of the candidates’ application files;registers the documents to be approved by the Rector of the University in order to issue the decision of enrollment in the corresponding academic year within the limit of the available number of places for that year;fills in and updates the database with the names of the students whose prior studies have been recognized / equated. (2) The Chief Secretary of the University forwards the standard application form file and the enrollment decision signed by the Rector to the Chief Secretary of the Faculty for which the mobility has been approved, who, in turn, will sent the file to the Secretary of the year who will be in charge of the student. I.A.7.The appeals to the decisions of mobility, recognition and equivalence (1) The appeals to the decisions of recognition and equivalence may be sent online or submitted to the Registration Office according to the calendar.(2) the Chief Secretary of the University summons the Appeals Committee, appointed by Rector’s decision, and made up of the vice-rector responsible with undergraduate studies (fundamental or clinic, depending on the case), who acts as President and 2 specialized members of the teaching staff other than the individuals who have first assessed the standard application form file, and having qualifications and professional competences in the field for which the recognition and equivalence were requested. (3) The appeal is resolved according to the calendar.(4) If the Appeals Resolution Commission has a different result that of the CRES, the Vice-Rector for Institutional Strategy will mediate the discussions between the two commissions. The decision taken after the mediation is final and not open to further challenge, and is transmitted to the candidate, the Board of Administration and the Dean of the faculty in question. I.B. Final international academic mobility with admission exam I.B.1.(1) Candidates that are citizens of Romania or citizens belonging to EU, EEA member states or to the Swiss Confederation may undergo an admission exam if they wish to continue their studies in a fee-based regime in ROL. (2) After taking and passing the admission exam, if they obtain at least the average of the last candidate admitted to the studies with a ROL fee, after the recognition of the transferable credits, they can continue the studies in a ROL tax regime.(3) Recognition of transferable credits in the case of external academic mobility is possible and is carried out by higher education institutions only for the person who proves the quality of student with relevant documents issued by the educational institution he attends.(4) Final international mobility is possible only after the first year of study and until the end of the penultimate year of studies, at the same specialization. (5) Final international mobility shall be made only after the end of one year of study, after meeting all requirements stipulated in the curriculum, and the enrollment is made with the beginning of the new academic year. I.B.2. The file submitted for the final international academic mobility with admission exam, for the recognition and equivalence of studies conducted by Romanian citizens and candidates of EU, SEE and Swiss Confederation citizenship contains the following documents:1. Standard application form for equivalence with enrollment in a higher year of study (Annex 5) - one copy2. Simple copy of the identity card or passport, or the legalized translation, if needed;3. Transcript of records for the graduated year / years of studies, containing the subjects, grades, number of credits and number of course hours per discipline issued by the higher education institution from which the applicant comes;4. Syllabus for the studied subjects in the higher education institution from where the applicant comes. I.B.3.The files of the final international academic mobility with admission exam, are submitted in person, at the moment of confirming the place, according to the calendar displayed on the university's website; it will be specified on the file "To the attention of CRID."All documents requesting the equivalence of studies are submitted only once. Subsequent completion of files will only be accepted if CRID / CRES requests additional documents. I.B.4.The Chief secretary of the faculty verifies and fills in the standard application form (Annex 5) with the information of confirming the taking and promotion of the admission exam and submits the transcripts to CRID for verification. I.B.5.The Chief Secretary of the University verifies, according to the customs, the conformity of the transcripts and sends through Registry to CRES the result of t verification. I.B.6.For the recognition and equivalence of studies: - CRES analyzes the number of study credits obtained in the studies conducted at the higher education institution from which the applicant comes, the results obtained during the previous schooling, highlighted by different evaluation / grading systems. For this purpose, the averages obtained with the help of the conversion grid provided in Decision no. 318 / 14.03.2019 of “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi (annex to this procedure) and the curriculum completed in the higher education institution from which the applicant comes; - CRES carries out the evaluation of mobility files, for the recognition and equivalence of studies. The evaluation of the files is finalized by drafting a report (Annex 6), which will be signed by all CRES members. - CRES establishes on the basis of ECTS the recognition and equivalence of exams already taken and also establishes if there any difference exams to be taken by the candidate; - the chairman of the CRES shall submit the results of the evaluation to the Administration Board, and the proposal for enrollment in the decided study year. I.B.7.After the approval of the Administration Board, the Chief Secretary of the University sends the file to the secretary of the year who will be in charge with the student.I.B.8.The difference exams identified after comparing the two syllabi are communicated to the student, in written, by the secretary of the year who will take the student under her charge. The student will confirm under signature that he/she has been informed on this matter. I.C. Final internal academic mobility with no admission examI.C.1. (1) The final internal academic mobility is valid for both students funded from the state budget, and for students with a fee in ROL or in foreign currency, and shall be carried out in compliance with the legal provisions on schooling capacity and financing of higher education, with the agreement of the higher education institutions, according to the provisions of the regulations regarding the professional activity of the students.(2) The student submits the standard application form for mobility to the higher education institution where he wishes to study in. The standard application form specifies the conditions in which the mobility takes place. The final mobility is based on the "funds follow the student" principle.(3) The provisions regarding the final domestic tax mobility in ROL also apply to studentsfrom EU Member States, EEA and the Swiss Confederation.(4) Final mobility may be made after the first year and until the end of the penultimate year of studies, at the same specialization. (5) Final mobility shall be made only after the end of one year of study, after meeting all the requirements stipulated in the curriculum, and the registration is made with the beginning of the new academic year.(6) Romanian or international students can benefit from a final internal academic mobility within the same faculty, domain and specializations in compliance with the funding regime. I.C.3.The files for the final internal academic mobility with no admission exam will be submitted by mail/in person at the University Registry (Iasi, 16 University Street, code 700115) in order to receive the registration number, or sent online according to the calendar published on the university website. The way of sending/submitting the file will be published on the University website, on Academic Mobility section. The Registrar will write on the file “To the attention of CRES”.All documents requesting the equivalence of studies are submitted one time only. Subsequent completion of files is only accepted if CRES requests additional documents. I.C.4For the recognition and equivalence of studies: - CRES analyzes the number of study credits obtained in the studies conducted at the higher education institution from which the applicant comes, the results obtained during the previous studies, highlighted by different evaluation / grading systems. I.C.5.After the approval of the Administration Board, the Chief Secretary of the University sends the file to the secretary of the year who will be in charge with the student. I.C.6.The difference exams identified after comparing the two syllabi by CRES are communicated, under the CRES members’ signature, in the equivalence report and are also communicated to the student, in written, by the secretary of the year who will take the student under her charge. The student will confirm under signature that he/she has been informed on this matter. I.D. Final internal academic mobility with admission exam I.D.1.(1) Students that are citizens of Romania or citizens belonging to EU, EEA member states or to the Swiss Confederation, who study in foreign currency regime in “Grigore T. Popa” U.M.Ph., in Romanian, English or French language may undergo an admission exam if they wish to continue their studies in a fee-based regime in ROL, in Romanian language. I.D.4.For the recognition and equivalence of studies: - CRES analyzes the number of study credits obtained, the results obtained during the previously conducted studies and the completed syllabus.- CRES carries out the evaluation of mobility files, for the recognition and equivalence of studies. The evaluation of files is finalized by drafting a report (Annex 6), which will be signed by all CRES members. - CRES establishes on the basis of ECTS the recognition and equivalence of exams already taken and also establishes if there any difference exams to be taken by the candidate - the chairman of the CRES shall submit the results of the evaluation to the Administration Board, and the proposal for enrollment in the decided study year. THE RECOGNITION AND EQUIVALENCE OF STUDIES in the case of “Grigore T. Popa” U.M.Ph. students who have interrupted their studies or who have lost their student status by withdrawal or expulsion – Regaining the student status at "Grigore T. Popa" U.M.Ph. of Iasi
II.A. Regaining the student status of withdrawn or expelled students
II.A.1.
Candidates of Romanian citizenship or citizens belonging to the EEA and EU member states, the Swiss Confederation or citizens belonging to non-EU countries, former university students who have lost their student status (expulsion) may continue their studies only by undergoing and passing a new admission exam.
II.A.2. After submitting the file and passing the admission exam, if they get at least the average / score of the last candidate admitted to tuition fees studies (in ROL or in foreign currency regime), the candidates mentioned in Chapter II, art. 1, admitted candidates may submit a file for the recognition and equivalence of previously conducted studies.
II.A.3.
The file submitted for the recognition and equivalence of studies previously conducted by candidates / students of Romanian / international citizenship who have studied at the U.M.Ph "Grigore T. Popa" from Iasi, and who request enrollment in a higher year of study, contains the following documents:
1. Standard application form for equivalence with enrollment in a higher year of study (Annex 5)
2. Transcript of records for the graduated year / years, containing the subjects, grades, number of credits and number of course hours per discipline issued by the higher education institution from which the applicant comes;
II.A.4.
(1) The standard application form shall be submitted to the secretariat of the faculty where the enrollment in a higher year of study with the recognition and equivalence of the studies previously carried out is requested.
(2) The chief secretary of the faculty verifies and fills in the standard application form with the information confirming the support and promotion of the admission contest.
(3) The faculty secretary who had the student in management fills in the standard application form with the data regarding his study years.
(4) After the approval of the standard application form by the Dean of the faculty and the Administration Board, the equivalence of the previously carried out studies is made by the CRES of the faculty.
(5) Examination differences identified following the comparison of the curricula by the CRES shall be mentioned, under the signature of the CRES members, in the equivalence report and shall be brought to the notice of the student concerned in writing by the secretary of the year in charge of the student. The student will confirm the receipt of the information under signature.
(6) The transcription of the study records in the matriculation register (the same volume and the same student identification number before the loss of student status) is carried out by the secretary of the year in charge of the student.
II.B.
Regaining the student quality in the case of students who interrupted their studies for financial, personal or medical reasons
II.B.1.
Candidates of Romanian citizenship or citizens belonging to EEA and EU member states, the Swiss Confederation or citizens belonging to non-EU States who have interrupted their studies for financial, personal or medical reasons and who request resumption of studies shall submit a request to that effect to the secretariat of the faculty.
(1) The standard application form shall be submitted to the secretariat of the faculty where the resumption of studies is requested, with the recognition and the equivalence of the studies previously carried out, no later than the first 15 days since the beginning of the new academic year.
(2) The secretary of the faculty who was in charge of the student fills in the standard application form with the data regarding his / her schooling.
(3) Upon approval of the standard application form by the faculty dean and the Administration Board, the equivalence of the previous studies shall be made by the faculty's CRES.
(4) Examination differences identified by comparison of the curricula by CRES shall be mentioned, under the signature of the CRES members, in the equivalency report and shall be reported to the respective student in writing by the secretary of the year who takes charge of the student. The student will confirm the receipt of information by signing.
(5) The transcript of the official record in the matriculation register (the same volume and the same student identification number before the loss of student status) shall be made by the secretary of the year who is in charge of the student.
II.B.2.
The students must, upon resuming studies, fulfill within a year, the didactic duties resulting from changes in the curricula (studying new subjects or taking the equivalence exams for the acquisition of transferable credits).[/toggle]

The recognition and equivalence of studies in the case of graduates of a Bachelor’s degree program admitted to attend a second Bachelor’s degree (second faculty), Romanian language study program
III.1
Graduates of a bachelor's degree program, Romanian citizens, who hold a Bachelor's degree and who have been admitted to a second specialization may apply for the recognition and partial equivalence of previously filled in university studies.
Graduates, international citizens, from EU, EEA and Swiss Confederation countries, of a bachelor's degree who hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate knowledge of the Romanian language (minimum certificate B2), can participate in the entrance exam to follow the second specialization and, if admitted, may request the recognition and partial equivalence of previously filled in university studies.
III.2.
(1) The standard application form (Annex 5) shall be submitted to the secretariat of the faculty where enrollment in a higher study year is requested with the recognition and the equivalence of the studies previously conducted.
(2) The standard application form shall be accompanied by the Transcript of records / Diploma Supplement, containing the subjects, the marks, the number of credits and the number of courses for each discipline and the Analytical Programs for the subjects studied in the higher education institution from which the applicant comes.
(3) The Chief Secretary of the faculty checks and fills in the standard application form with the information confirming the undergoing and passing of the admission exam.
(4) CRES carries out the evaluation of mobility files, for the recognition and equivalence of studies. The evaluation of files is finalized by drafting a report (Annex 6), which will be signed by all CRES members.
- CRES establishes on the basis of ECTS the recognition and equivalence of exams already taken and also establishes if there any difference exams to be taken by the candidate
- the chairman of the CRES shall submit the results of the evaluation to the Administration Board, and the proposal for enrollment in the decided study year.
III.3.
After the approval of the Administration Board, the Chief Secretary of the University sends the file to the secretary of the year who will be in charge with the student.
III.4.
Differences in examinations identified by comparison of curricula are brought to the student's knowledge, in writing, by the Secretary of the year who takes charge of the student. The student will confirm receipt of the information by signing.
The recognition and equivalence of studies shall meet the following conditions:
The contents of studied subjects (according to the respective syllabus) and their duration (according to the curriculum or transcript of records) must correspond with the equivalent syllabus and curriculum at "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi to a degree of at least 70%.
The sum of transferable credits unacquired as a result of not having studied certain subjects included in the Faculty curriculum at Grigore T.Popa U.M.Ph. may not exceed a total of 15 credits ( Physical Education, Modern Languages, summer practice and in-house on-call duties are not included).
For students who graduated from accredited universities, equivalence is granted for subjects pertaining to the academic year for which matriculation is requested, as well as for subjects from subsequent years of study, if applicable.
Only subjects in which the applicant passed the respective exams (and has obtained a grade) at the educational institution where he/she studied previously shall be taken into consideration.
The enrollment in the study year decided by CRES following the evaluation of the file is made within the available places for the respective study year, without exceeding the schooling figure. If more applications are registered than the number of places available in a study program, tiebreaking criteria will be applied in the following order:

IV.1.
The recognition and equivalence of studies for student mobility and internships.
a) According to criteria mutually accepted by the two Universities, by means of the Bilateral Erasmus+ Agreement of Cooperation, the period of study abroad must receive an in immediate full academic recognition.
b) The home university will ensure the recognition of the study period abroad, including exams or other forms of assessment and evaluation, with the condition of the overlapping of the studies’ content.
c) The framework for equivalence of the period of study abroad is the ECTS system. The Faculties shall validate the transcript (study records) containing the results obtained and the corresponding credits, as issued by the partner University.
d) Upon return the CRES corresponding to the Faculty where the students is enrolled decides the grades which will equate the exams taken in the subjects studied at the partner faculties according to Decision no 318/14.03.2019. The written report for the equivalence of the studies carried out at the partner University will be made in conformity with the academic and internship records along with other documents proving that the student has attended the subjects mentioned in the learning agreement, and has been graded and has possibly obtained credit.
The equivalence of the grades obtained for the subjects covering the internship period is done through clear and transparent conversion rules, focused on competences and not on the names of the subjects, based on Decision no. 318/14.03.2019.
e) The grades and credits obtained by the students in the courses included in the Learning Agreement / Transcript of records – will be recorded in the student’s official record.
f) The equated grades are listed in the equivalence report, the centralized grades register, the official academic record and the R-student program, the calculation of points being automatically made using the following formula: the grade multiplied by the number of credits assigned to the respective discipline. The results of the exams taken by the student upon returning at the University are recorded in special grade registers for each discipline. These are kept in the student’s individual file.
g) Erasmus+ students are exempted from the article in the undergraduate studies regulations regarding the passing from one study year to the next, which may be done with a maximum of 15 pending credits still to be obtained from the preceding year, but only for the year when the students return to their home University.
h) The credits obtained abroad must correspond to the subjects that the student would otherwise study at “Grigore T. Popa” U.M.Ph. Iasi in the respective year of enrolment and travel. Exams passed for subjects which are part of senior years of study may be recognized as well (credits obtained in advance).
Erasmus + students will resume their studies in the following academic year while retaining their status (unpaid / toll) that they had before Erasmus + mobility only in the academic year in which they return.
i) The Erasmus+ student has the right, according to a specific and non-discriminatory classification procedure, to sit in the following academic year in any exams he/she has not yet passed as a result of participating in the Erasmus+ Programme.
j) Exams in subjects which are not included in the study/training agreement referring to the Erasmus+ mobility, as well as failed exams from during the Erasmus+ mobility period are to be taken at the home university during the sessions of exams approved by the respective university.
k) Special sessions of exams may be organized in case students are unable to participate in sessions of exams approved by the university due to their Erasmus+ mobility.
l) Work on drafting the graduation thesis and the summer practicum will be credited and recognized only if they were initially included in the student’s mobility contract.[/toggle]
