Dear students,

As you already know, I am a strong supporter of the COVID-19 vaccination. I am extremely glad that the unprecedented worldwide collaboration and cooperation made possible, in such a short period of time, the development of this vaccine, which I believe is instrumental in controlling the pandemic. Our challenge now is to make sure that at least 70% of the population is vaccinated and develops a self-defense mechanism against this virus.

To ensure that all categories of people have access to the vaccination programming, our government developed a strategy, for each individual stage. We are included in the "first wave of vaccination", a stage in which registrations are made through the University. In our efforts to make this as easy as possible, we developed a platform through which you can register for vaccination by filling out a registration form:

I too got vaccinated against COVID; not only for my own safety and the safety of my loved ones, but also because I am a doctor and a professor. As I said before, I strongly believe that vaccination is the best measure to prevent and combat the infection with SARS-CoV-2 and our best shot at returning to a normal social and professional life. I truly believe I did the right thing. ​
